Today was a nasty busy day at work. I was doing ok eating for the first part of the day. Had a greek yogurt for breakfast and then baked chicken, jasmine rice, and broccoli for lunch. Then I stayed an hour and half late to help at work and the hubby and kids called wanting pizza. I ate pizza - 2 pieces. Horrible. Next time I am just going to eat a bowl of cereal while they eat their pizza.
