So I went to the doctors and got poo pooed about my inability to lose weight. Got the "you are not doing the right things and not trying hard enough" speech. The doctor suggest I start a program like weight watchers. So last Wednesday I joined. We will see how this goes. I am unfortunately not optimistic. I know I have to have a better attitude but when everything else has failed I am not sure this will work either.
