I had a great weekend of running. Yesterday I ran 3.3 miles straight without stopping and today 3.5! I have to cover the time and mile screen on the treadmill and set a playlist on my ipod that is the time it usually takes me to run 3.5. I used to psych myself out looking at the time and miles and would mentally think I could not do it. I made it two days without doing that. Yes!
