My body image

So this is the hippo from the "Madagascar" movies. Unfortunately this is also my body image. I am short and round. Many times people ask me when I am due and I have to calmly and politely tell them that I am not pregnant. I am working to change this image. Even though this hippo looks like this, she still has pizazz and has fun.

I ate a pear and a hard boiled egg for breakfast but then went over board with lunch. My husband took us out to eat and I had a prime rib with a loaded bake potato. I have to work on self control and portioning my food. It is something I will have to work hard on.
