Caldo de res

So my husband and I are trying the 365 project where we take a pic every day. We were not feeling very well yesterday and my honey woke up wanting caldo de res. He asked me to make some so I slumped my way to the grocery store and came home and made some for him. He used to have his mom make it for him but she is back in Mexico. I learned how to make it and know it is one of his comfort foods so I am happy to make it for him. Here is a picture of it.
